DGC guarantee that the generators are in a good condition, and with accordance to the technical specifications required by the client.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due prior to the time of the receipt of the Equipment.
Rental payments do not apply towards any purchase price.
The period of the contract will start from the date specified in this contract.
Maximum operating time is 8 hours/day, unless otherwise specified.
The client will be responsible of transporting, up loading and off loading of the generators from DGC to client location, as well as bringing it back to the same DGC location it was picked up from at the end of the contract period.
During the term of the rental and at all times when the Equipment is in possession of the customer, customer shall, at customer's sole cost and expense, maintain the equipment in good condition and repair.
The client will be responsible of fueling the generator during the rental period.
The client will be responsible of any loss or damage occurred during the rental period.
DGC will perform a generator overall check before receiving the generator back. Any damages found will be estimated DGC, and charged to the client.
The generator must remain at the location specified by the customer.
Moving the generator to any other customer location must be pre approved by DGC.
The generator described above shall not be re-rented or used by any other party than the client stated above who signed the rental contract.
Extension of the rental period requires signing a new contract.
Any items returned late are charged for at the daily rental rate until returned.
The acceptance of any return of any Equipment does not waive any claims against Customer for any damage.
